.Abstract
The article the role of the systemic transformation of the model of the forest sector economy into a circular one stated. The purpose of the proceed is to substantiate that the transformation of the existing linear model of the economy of the forest sector into a circular one will require consolidated decisions in the field of strategizing and practical application of economic mechanisms of rental relations in a system with digital technologies, the deployment of production processes for processing resources, the implementation of a highly effective forest economic policy of Belarus based on the principles of self-sufficiency and self-financing, transparency and the effectiveness of public administration. The research methods are economic analysis and interpretation of economic objects and processes of circular development with rental relation. The author pays attention to important issues of modeling the economic relations of the forest sector in the development of an integrated system of ecological economics and its mechanisms that combine microeconomic regulation with state and intersectoral coordination of business entities. The need for sustainable renewal of biological resources and their transformation on the basis of the existing spatial environment through the involvement of institutional, innovation, production and other factors of socioeconomic development is substantiated. The result of the research is the inclusion of rental tools for the transformation of the economic model and policy of use trends. The economic justification of the importance of using models of rental practices based on stakeholder participation by modeling the joint consumption of resources, which provides real opportunities for positioning and protecting property rights, improving market structures in the social space and organizing environmental and economic behavior of forest sector entities that meets the requirements of the modern digital space.
