Abstract

As the economy digitally transforms, innovative and technological institutions (digital ecosystems) of the platform economy are created. One such institute is the digital ecosystem PropTech (digital real estate). The article proposes priority projects for the development of this ecosystem in the Republic of Belarus. Six promising projects for the development of the National Platform Economy have been proposed. They are aimed at the emergence in the country of automatic real estate valuation, the possibility of concluding transactions in electronic form, innovative technological institutions for resolving property disputes, participatory territorial planning, management of joint households and digital assets using BIM building information models throughout their life cycles. Proposals for each project are based on a comparative analysis of global and domestic practices in the development of digital ecosystems of the PropTech class. The materials of the article are the result of two research works on the topics: “Development of directions and principles necessary to determine a unified technical and technological policy in the fieldof digital development of the Republic of Belarus to create an ecosystem of the digital economy” and “Strategies for the digital development of land administration in the Republic of Belarus in the context

of the platform economy.
