Abstract

The article considers the evolution of conceptual approaches of personnel management, mainly due to the introduction of information and intelligent technologies into the practical activities of personnel management. On the one hand, these transformations create new business opportunities, generate various managerial innovations, optimize processes and reduce time costs, and on the other hand, artificial intelligence technology significantly changes jobs, puts forward new requirements for the qualifications and competencies of personnel and leads to job cuts. The article also briefly describes the historical development of HR management and the formation of the so-called «intelligent personnel management». Since the 1980s, personnel management technologies have undergone major changes, primarily due to the development and implementation of various automated information systems in the personnel management of organizations. HR specialists initially used such systems to maintain databases and automate certain routine procedures. Currently, the use of automated information systems and the introduction of intelligent technologies in personnel management is a common practice.
