The opportunity to publish an article in the journal is free. In order to become an author of the journal, you should send via the internal system or to the email address Trudy@belstu.by the following information:

• an article, drawn up in accordance with the Requirements for the design of articles;
• an act of examination of materials prepared for publication in the open press (Example of an act);
• an extract from a staff meeting or another scientific structure about the recommendation of an article for publication (Example of an extract);
• authors’ consent to the publication;
• report of the "Antiplagiarism - VUZ" system, on checking the article for the presence of plagiarism (the uniqueness of the text of the articles must be at least 70%).

Articles are placed in open access with the possibility of copying. The authors must inform about the restrictions of open access to the materials of the article in written form before the beginning of its consideration.

 

The structure of the package of documents sent to the editorial office of the journal (by mail):

- Cover letter (Sample);

- Examination act from the organization (with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization) on the possibility of publishing the article in the open press (Example of the act);

- An extract from a staff meeting or another scientific structure (Example of an extract);

- Consent of the authors to the publication;

- The article.
