of the scientific journal "Proceedings of BSTU", rector of BSTU, D.Sc. (Engineering)

Dear readers, authors, members of the editorial board, reviewers!
The scientific journal "Proceedings of BSTU" has been published since 1993, it has always faced to a wide range of tasks: increasing the international rating of university scientists, familiarizing the scientific and technical community, scientists and specialists with the results of scientific research and new scientific and technical developments, increasing the efficiency of training specialists in higher scientific qualifications on the basis of the university.
The editorial board of the journal is international and is represented by scientists from Belarus and other countries.
All works published on the pages of the journal are unique and are characterized by scientific novelty, relevance and self-sufficiency.
Our journal is included in the list of publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission for the publication of the results of dissertations.
In 2017, the reorganization of the series of the journal took place, after which, by the decision of the international registration ISSN center, each series of the journal was assigned the status of an international periodical scientific publication and a unique ISSN number was issued.
The journal has a Certificate of State Registration of the Mass Media of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus No. 1329 dated 23.04.2010.
Full-text versions of articles are posted on the journal's website and in electronic library systems: eLIBRARY.RU, CyberLeninka, EBS Lan.
12 issues of the journal are published annually, where about 300 original articles are published. The release of each issue of the journal is preceded by a great deal of work by the editors and the editorial board related to reviewing, editing and publishing the best scientific works. Our authors are both well-known scientists (professors, doctors of sciences, academicians), as well as graduate students, undergraduates, young novice researchers who are taking their first steps in science. Having analyzed the geography of our authors, it can be noted that the journal "Proceedings of BSTU" has a high status in the international scientific community. The authors of the articles are researchers not only from Belarus, but also from other countries.
Our journal is democratic, but at the same time makes high and stringent requirements for the content and design of articles.
Currently, our journal faces ambitious tasks aimed at the development of scientific knowledge and international scientific cooperation. Our journal is open for the exchange of scientific achievements with the world scientific community. I am sure that the journal "Proceedings of BSTU" will become an interesting and informative international platform for discussing topical issues related to the development of modern science.
I express my gratitude to the entire editorial staff and members of the board, authors and readers, partners and colleagues for their interest and active participation in the development of the journal, support and cooperation.
