Born in 1980, Belarusian, higher education. In 2003, she graduated with honors from the Belarusian State Technological University. After graduating from the University, she worked in the Scientific and Technical Center of the Republican unitary Enterprise "Medical and Biotechnological Institute" (2003-2005). In 2009 she defended her PhD thesis in the specialty 03.00.16 – ecology. Since that year, she has been working at the Department of Biotechnology, she is a Bachelor of Technical Sciences, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor.

For the results achieved through a competitive process for awarding of scholarships of the President of the Republic of Belarus to talented young scientists Elena has been awarded a scholarship /2013/ Diploma IV the Fair of innovative ideas /2013/, the contest for the best organization of scientific research awarded a Diploma for high performance /2012, 2014, 2017, 2020/, University Diplomas /2003, 2020/.
