Problem points in the development of woodworking enterprise and the consequences to which they can lead are revealed. Approaches for the development of methods of implementation of the management system at woodworking enterprises, on the example of furniture enterprises, are determined. The primary information on enterprises for works on the management system is collected. The conclusions on the basis of the research are given, the logic of working out a decision for implementation of practical actions at the woodworking enterprise is shown.
