Abstract

The article examines the work of agricultural workers in the Byelorussian SSR aimed at achieving a fundamentally new scientific, technical and organizational level. It examines the directions of transferring agriculture and livestock farming to an industrial basis, changing the qualitative characteristics of the content of labor of farmers taking into account the introduction of intensive technologies in agricultural production and the prospects for its broad industrialization. Attention is drawn to the dynamics of growth of energy capacities and energy intensity of labor in the republic's farms taking into account the supply of new energy-saturated high-performance equipment and the implementation of a large-scale state electrification program. The aspects of participation in the process of technical re-equipment of agricultural production of enterprises of the machine-building industry of the Byelorussian SSR are highlighted. He volumes, results and problems of carrying out hydrotechnical melioration of swampy lands and liming of acidic soils in the BSSR are analyzed. The role of science in the issues of increasing land fertility and programming the growth of grain crop yields, ensuring stable agriculture, introducing an economically sound system of livestock farming is reflected. The issues of organizing a system of scientific and logistical support for cyclic liming of soils are considered. The organizational and he volumes, results and problems of carrying out hydrotechnical melioration of swampy lands and liming of acidic soils in the BSSR are analyzed. The role of science in the issues of increasing land fertility and programming the growth of grain crop yields, ensuring stable agriculture, introducing an economically sound system of livestock farming is reflected. The issues of organizing a system of scientific and logistical support for cyclic liming of soils are considered. The organizational and economic forms of inter-farm cooperation and agro-industrial integration, their target orientation, impact on increasing the scale of production, introducing industrial practices, and building cultural and community facilities are studied.
