Abstract

The authors examined the features and trends of digitalization of network innovation processes of industrial organizations, proposed the concept of creating a digital industry platform for open innovation using the example of the furniture industry of the Republic of Belarus. The formation of effective mechanisms for implementing the digital transformation of innovative activity is an urgent economic task with the increasing level of digitalization of business processes of industrial organizations, as well as in connection with the need to increase the efficiency of the development of industry and corporate science in the country. The article discusses the use of digital platforms as a tool for digital transformation of network innovation processes of industrial organizations. Various types of digital innovation platforms are considered, as well as their distinctive features according to various parameters. The authors focused on digital innovation ecosystems and their benefits for various user groups, as well as on ensuring optimization of network interaction between participants in the innovation process using the digital environment. The article also presents a conceptual model for creating an industry digital innovation platform using the example of the Bellesbumprom concern. The article was prepared with the financial support of the BRFFR as part of the research work “Development of innovative activity based on network interaction in a digital economy” (no. G23M-050 dated 02.05.2023).
