Abstract

The article deals with the historical facts of emergence and development of key youth public associations of the Republic of Belarus related to the student society, as well as their influence on the development of youth initiatives, influence on the spiritual, creative, scie ntific potential of a young citizen of the republic. One of the main goals of youth public associations is to help young citizens realize their abilities. The activity of Belarusian public associations “Belarusian Republican Youth Union”, “World Without Borders”, “Belarusian Association of UNESCO Clubs” and others aimed at comprehensive assistance to the youth of the country in various aspects of life is characterized and conclusions about their influence on the formation of politically open citizens of the country are formulated. Youth public organizations of our country form a conscious civic position of the youth, which is one of the most important factors influencing political stability in the modern world and therefore determines the relevance and significance of the topic of the article.
