Abstract

The article presents a model of an information system for controlling a printing machine under conditions of wear on the surface of printed contact materials. The proposed model, in comparison with existing ones, includes an indicator of wear on the surfaces of printed contact materials and can be used in various printing methods. The structural diagram of the model, which includes the main elements of the quality management system for printed products and printed form, is also considered. The model allows us to take into account the fact that obtaining data on the state of the surfaces of printed contact materials and the quality of the print can be carried out using sensors, which are cameras. Processing of the resulting images is carried out using a module for analyzing the surfaces of printed contact materials. The results of the analysis are transmitted to the control system of the printing machine, in which the supply of printing ink is regulated. The final result of the analysis is the wear function, which determines the change in print quality indicators depending on the circulation. Using the wear function allows you to predict the occurrence of defects and make decisions to quickly adjust the settings of the printing machine.
