Abstract

The article presents a formal model of an expert system for supporting decision-making on the choice of methods for rehabilitating the geological environment contaminated with oil products as a result of an emergency spill. The basis of the expert system is a mathematical model of the distribution of petroleum products in the geological environment. The formal model of the expert system consists of five blocks, which step by step calculate the characteristics of the oil product distribution process and their indicators, classify the state of the geological environment and generate identifiers of activities aimed at rehabilitating the geological environment. The formal model describes an expert system that can be used to make operational decisions on the choice of means and methods for rehabilitating the geological environment, as well as to develop proactive measures.
