Abstract

The article reveals the problem of developing creative civic activity of student youth. The author emphasizes that during the period of modern social shocks, the main task facing Belarusian society is to preserve society in a stable functioning mode. The most important role in these processes belongs to the creative activity of students as the most progressive, creatively thinking and promising part of modern society. Cognitive, motivational and personal components are considered, internal and external factors are indicated, thanks to which activity will be creative. An analysis of theoretical and methodological sources was carried out, as well as examples of research on the modern practice of developing civil activity of youth and a number of pedagogical conditions for optimizing the educational process in educational institutions of higher education were outlined. It should include the education of a socially and personally responsible person, constructively thinking, cultural, capable of creative transformations in his country.
