Analysis of the structure of the co-evolutionary mechanism, co-evolutionary tendencies and their relationship, due to the need to regulate them to overcome the destructive phenomena of spontaneous co-evolution, is carried out against the background of maintaining the ability of social systems to self-development. All these details of the developed co-evolutionary approach relate to the priority values of this approach, since their use allows us to show how social and, to some extent, ecological systems are able to maintain the property of selfreproduction. Within the framework of the co-evolutionary approach, a multiplicity of directions and a variety of degrees of interdependence of parts in ecological and social systems have been identified. Within the framework of the co-evolutionary approach, a multiplicity of directions and a variety of degrees of interdependence of parts in ecological and social systems have been identified. The content is identified and the need to regulate the relationship and interdependence of the processes of progress and regression in society is substantiated. The correlative relationship between the diversity of ways to build relationships and the general tasks of cooperation in a social community is revealed. The interdependence of opposing tendencies and the inevitability of the unity of multidirectional internal processes of spiritual life in a person’s individual self-development have been revealed.
