Abstract

This article explores the potential for promoting building materials to the Turkish market, taking into account its seismic activity and demand in the construction industry. Given the seismic activity of Turkey, the country has a constant need for specialized building materials that ensure high resistance of buildings and structures to earthquakes. Promising products may include insulating materials, reinforced concrete, solar panels, and seismic insulation materials. In addition, the construction industry in Turkey is experiencing significant growth, spurred by an increasing population, rising living standards and strong tourism development. Construction projects include the construction of residential and commercial projects, infrastructure and tourism facilities. Such demand requires a diverse range of building materials, including bricks, expanded clay concrete blocks, insulating materials, etc. The article explores the possibilities and prospects for promoting building materials on the Turkish market, describes the peculiarities of the country's needs for building materials, taking into account its seismic activity and demand in the construction industry. The presented material will allow Belarusian enterprises to develop effective marketing and sales strategies, as well as attract partners and investors, for the successful implementation and development of business in this promising market.
