Abstract

The article shows the importance of aesthetic qualities for modern products put on the market. This also applies to the developed domestic industrial equipment, machine and mechanisms, tools. Screen-printing is a special type of printing. It is widely used for decorating various products. Screenprinting can be used for the manufacture of products in small runs or in home art. To implement screenprinting various types of equipment are used: manual desktop machines, carousel-type machines, automatic machines. The analysis of the appearance and shaping of models and patent solutions on the market in the field of screen-printing is mainly carried out without taking into account trends in the field of industrial design. Industrial equipment, as a rule, does not imply an attractive appearance and is focused only on use in the workshop. For this project it was decided to consider a manual portable screen printing press that can be used at home or in a printing salon. As a result of design engineering, the appearance and color solution of the machine. It is proposed to use 3D-printing technology to manufacture a portable manual screen-printing machine with a developed design. You can choose ABS plastic as the material for making the case.
