Abstract

Based on the identified new socio-technological and socio-ecological trends of the information society and the system-forming factors of the information and environmental security of the Belarusian society, the article reveals the connection between global socio-cultural trends of sustainable development and the national strategy (NSDS). A conceptual and categorical analysis of the concept of sustainability of socio-natural, socio-economic systems, their correlation with co-evolutionary and noospheric principles of sustainable development was carried out. The necessity of a balanced approach to the economic, social and environmental goals of society in the conteхt of transformational (post-industrial, informational, convergent technological) changes in society at the present stage is proved. The limitations and opportunities imposed by environmental factors on the prospects for sustainable development of the Belarusian society are studied.
