Abstract

The article investigates the agitational-propaganda and political-educational work carried out by the Minsk Provincial Military Commissariat in July – August 1920.The algorithm for creating the agitational troyka is analyzed. The work of agitational troykas, which resulted in the successful mobilization, an increased interest of the population in the politics pursued by the Bolsheviks, is consideredon the basis of archival materials. It is concluded that the agitational-propaganda and political-educational work of Minsk Provincial Military Commissariat has become an important factor in strengthening Soviet power, and agitational troyka sare the successful form of its conducting.
