Abstract

The ideological dependence of all the works of the Soviet period on the Leninist heritage is noted. Attention to the time and prerequisites for the creation of the Soviets of Workers', Soldiers' and Peasants' Deputies in Belarus is drawn. Emphasis on their socio-political orientation and constructive relationships with temporary and permanent authorities is placed. The calculation and significance of the provincial, district and volost Soviets has been carried out.

The relationship between workers' and soldiers' deputies is characterized in Russian. The attitude of worker-soldier and peasant organizations to the slogan "All power to the Soviets!" is shown. It is especially noted that the Bolshevization of the Soviets in Belarus took place already after the October Revolution, when the functions of state authorities were transferred to them. It is concluded that due to the weakness of the new Soviets until the end of 1917 and at the beginning of 1918, the real power in Belarus belonged to the military revolutionary committees.
