Abstract

The article describes the features of the introduction of digital technologies in the valuation of business in the Republic of Belarus. Digitalization is aimed at the growth of the creative component in work. The tasks that digital technologies can solve within the framework of a business valuation are determined. The priority of implementation proposed by the author of the article is based on the principle of optimality. Digital economy technologies are considered from the point of view of the level of influence, as well as the complexity of their implementation in the business valuation. In general, the methodology of implementing two digital economy technologies that are optimal for starting the digitalization of business valuation is described.

The author touches upon the problems of digitalization of business valuation. As a solution, the use of digital technologies is proposed, which at the initial stage of digital transformation will allow you to get the maximum effect for the minimum amount of time and financial costs. A significant reduction in the complexity of evaluation work will allow us to further establish financing for the subsequent stages of digitalization of business valuation.
