Abstract

In this article the development of civil legislation of the Republic of Belarus is analyzed. This legislation regulates the sphere of creature and turnover of intellectual property items. This article also provides the study of the legislation that establishes administrative liability for violation of author’s copyrights, related and patent rights from April 21st, 2003 till March 1st, 2021.

The author notices some peculiarities of development of administrative and tort legislation for violations in the sphere of intellectual property and its fulfillment, mentions his opinion concerning the sanction part of the clause 10.15 of Administrative Code with additional alternative administrative penalty.
