Abstract

The article substantiates the diversity of the ideas of the theoretical constructs of globalization and the practice of their implementation. The one-sided relationship of natural conditions and the subjective factor are explained with the priority of the last, it is noted that in all theoretical constructs the problem of human survival is ignored. Covid-19 is explained as a global “quantum” of negative impact on all spheres of human activity. It is presented as the cause of a new social collapse – the highest form of the crisis state of society. In the context of this goal, the influence of Covid-19 on education are revealed as a determining sphere of the spiritual life of society. In connection with the transition to distance learning, attention is focused on the decline in personal knowledge and a decrease in the qualification threshold of a university graduate. Difficulties with the formation of a worldview are explained; equipping students with the values of the humanistic ideal; management of the process of formation of national identity, based on the national idea; the formation of the mentality of the individual and society.
