Abstract

The article outlines the main provisions of the recommendations on the formation of a mechanism for the reproduction of ecological capital in the interests of sustainable development, including methodological tools for the reproduction of ecological capital, based on the cost assessment of ecological capital and ecological dynamics, ecological and economic assessment of resource conservation, taking into account the interrelationships of reproduction processes environmental capital and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

A methodological scheme for the formation of a system of environmental and economic assessment of resource efficiency based on environmentally friendly added value is proposed. According to the results of the assessment, an increase in resource efficiency of organizations of the Republic of Belarus, calculated on the basis of environmentally friendly added value, by 4.4% in 2019 compared to 2018 was revealed. which can be directly or indirectly related to the reproduction of ecological capital.
