Abstract

The process approach to project execution divides tasks performed by a business process into user tasks (a task that a person performs with the assistance of other people or software) and service tasks (a task designed to provide a service, which can be either a web-service or an automated application for solving a user problem). Reengineering of business processes is a rethinking and radical redesign of business processes to achieve the maximum effect of production, economic, financial activities, formalized by the relevant organizational, administrative and regulatory documents. The article is devoted to the problem of reengineering of business processes of the ecosystem "Management of Land Resources and Related Immovable Property." A condition for such reengineering is the emergence of service business processes in support of solving user problems from the state, from the Real Estate infrastructure and society. The structure of the article is formed by three sections. The first section examines the current state of electronic services and corresponding web-platforms of the considered ecosystem in Belarus. The second section examines the prospects for the ecosystem development, already defined by two State Programs for 2021–2025 period. The third section points to electronic services that have already found wide distribution abroad, but are absent in domestic development programs. In conclusion, a recommendation is made to expand the National Service Delivery Platforms to support the re-engineering of the considered business processes. Recommendations are based on the University of Oxford research in 2020 year.
