Abstract

The result of archival research and research activities was the possibility of creating a separate cultural discourse related to the cultural, educational, literary, and scientific activities of the Belarusian colony in Czechoslovakia. The creation of a solid factual base, carried out over the past two decades by historians and philologists from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, and the Czech Republic, allows us to distinguish fiction, translation, and publishing practices as separate components of national representation in different European countries. At the same time, the list of creative personalities whose names did not appear in previous studies in connection with the realization of their creative potential is significantly expanded. According to the test methodology measurements have been performed on an engine test bench at all full-load engine curves. Vibration measurements have resulted in time history of the peak vibration acceleration values in three directions from every accelerometer and crank-shaft rotation frequency.

Working with Belarusian and foreign archival collections allows us to recreate the mechanisms of international cooperation, planning and implementation of cultural projects. The focus of the research comprehension includes not only original artistic and interpretative texts, but also journalism, epistolary heritage, which significantly enrich the contextual vision of time, the individual and collective components.
