Abstract

The article discusses the key features of the functioning of innovative ecosystems of industrial organizations, the issues of network interaction configuration, as well as the features of the application of the ecosystem approach in the management of innovative activities. The growing interest of scientists in the study of the essence of network interactions and innovative ecosystems of industrial organizations, as well as the features of their development, has been established. In the course of analyzing the results of research by foreign scientists, it was revealed that special attention is paid to the activities of network interaction centers. The article clarifies the definitions of the categories “network interaction” and “center of network interaction” in the context of the formation of innovative ecosystems of industrial organizations. The conceptual foundations for the formation of a special methodological toolkit for managing innovation activity, as well as the configuration of network interaction for the effective implementation of the functions of network interaction centers, are determined. Based on the generalization of modern research, the key principles of network interaction of industrial organizations are determined. A comparative analysis of the traditional and eco-system approaches in the management of their innovative activities is given according to four distinctive features (object of management, goal of management, efficiency criterion and level of methodological support). The article was prepared with the financial support of the BRFFR as part of the research work “Development of innovative activity based on network interaction in a digital economy” (no. G23M-050 dated 02.05.2023).
