Born in 1976, Belarusian, higher education. In 1998 graduated from the Belarusian State Technological University, in 2018 – Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Main Department of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

For the achieved results in the field of educational, scientific, technical and innovative activities, he was awarded: Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus / 2010/, Badge "Excellent student of Education", Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus /2015/. In 2011, awarded with a scholarship to talented young scientists of the President of the Republic of Belarus  .

The author of more than 130 scientific, methodological and educational works, participated in the development of more than 50 legislative and regulatory acts.
